You probably know that the matter that sparks my interest on cure for diabetes is my father. He got diabetes since 1997 and had been beaten by this disease since two years ago. In day four things start to change for better. One shot of insulin before breakfast and another shot before dinner seem to work for my father. Day seven my father was discharged.

From early December until yesterday my father live with me (2 weeks). I do the insulin shots twice or once every day. In average the glucose is around 9.5. Thing goes quite well and now my father has left. He is still on his special cane though.

I notice that if my father takes his meal at a correct amount and time then his glucose reading is very good. DINNER AFTER 7PM IS THE BIGGEST NO! Sometime I feel that my search for cure for diabetes has arrived to an end. This is because I have met several people who are recovered from diabetes. Make them really happy. There is saying that God will help one who helps others. Trust me this one works, I have suffer something for many years and I have recovered after I did something that made my parent very happy.

Genetic may plays a role but according to this Dr. the actual causes of diabetes are one’s unhealthy lifestyle and diet. Unhealthy lifestyle and diet together is term by this Dr. Cousens as Culture of Death. The cure for diabetes therefore is to embrace healthy (or green) lifestyle and culture (referred as Culture of Life). The philosophical and spiritual Dr. promotes raw and organic food (or life food) diet and informs that his patients cured from diabetes using his approach.

I do not have the opportunity to read the whole book. What I did was looking what Amazon readers say about it. At the time this article is written Amazon customer who review this book rate it 4 star (average). In specific, there are 24 reviewers, 15 rated this book 5 stars, six rated it 2-4 stars, three rated it 1 star. The reviewers who give 5 star say (1) the idea works, (2) the idea works, (3) the book is full of useful info, (4) simply a great book, and (5) the idea presented in the book make sense and convincing. Readers who rated the book lowest say (1) the only idea is to eat raw vegetable, (2) the idea is not very relevant to him, and (3) the book’s idea of ‘reset the DNA through green juice fasting’ is obviously incorrect.

Does Dr. Cousens discover the cure for diabetes? According to him and readers who get good results after applying his idea the answer is YES. If Dr. Cousens produces the actual statistic or peer reviewed publication then it would be ‘official’ that he found the cure for diabetes. We can call it as another natural cure for diabetes.
